It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for the Petroleum Authority of Uganda, its National Supplier Database / Joint Qualification System, the Uganda Registration Services Bureau, or any other regulator or government body. NSD registration is mandatory for sector suppliers and is free of charge at nsd.pau.go.ug.

A listing on Afuelo means only that the company appears in the public sources we compile from or has submitted its own profile. A listing is not an endorsement, a quality mark, or a statement that the company is suitable for any particular contract. Unclaimed listings are compiled solely from public registers and publications and are marked as such; the company concerned has not yet reviewed them.

“Verified” means Afuelo has cross-checked stated details against public records — such as NSD registration, URSB records, and tax clearance — at a point in time, and re-checks on a stated cycle. Records change; we do not warrant that any profile is accurate, complete, or current at the moment you read it. Always confirm registration status directly with the relevant register before contracting.

Market figures, tender summaries, and local-content thresholds shown on the Platform are drawn from public publications and are provided for orientation only. They are not procurement, investment, or legal advice, and tender information is never a substitute for the official tender documents.

If a profile about your company is inaccurate, or you wish to claim or remove it, contact desk@afuelo.com with the profile link. Every public profile also carries a “Report this profile” control. We review reports promptly, correct verified errors, and record the provenance of every change.
